How to Edit an Intro Offer

Editing an Intro Offer allows you to update pricing, expiration dates, class access, and other key details. However, some changes will affect current pass holders, while others will only apply to new purchases moving forward.

How to Navigate to Intro Offers

1. Click the Menu icon.
2. Go to Setup > Pricing Options > Intro Offers.
3. Locate the Intro Offer you want to edit.
4. Click the three dots next to it and select Edit.

Step-by-Step: Editing an Intro Offer

1. Update General Details

• Edit the Title, Subtitle, or Description.
• Change the image or add a video URL.
• Click Next.

2. Adjust Pricing & Expiration Settings

• Set where the offer is available (App & Admin or Admin Only).
• Modify the expiration date (e.g., "50 days after purchase").
• Adjust the price and enable/disable tax settings.
• Click Next.

3. Update Usage & Access Settings

• Set the number of uses allowed.
• Select which class groups, classes, and one-on-one services are included.
• Click Next.

4. Virtual Services Declaration

• If your offer includes virtual content, select "Yes" (this impacts iOS app visibility).
• If the offer does not include virtual content, select "No".
• Click Update to save your changes.

Things to Consider

Edits That WILL Affect Current Pass Holders

• Updating class groups, classes, and one-on-one services included in the offer.

Edits That Will NOT Affect Current Pass Holders

• Changing the length of the pass (expiration date).
• Adjusting the number of uses.
• Editing the name, subtitle, or description.

Restrictions on Editing Intro Offers

• You cannot add or remove an existing pack from an Intro Offer.
  • Changes work similarly to pack and membership edits—some affect existing purchases, while others apply only to new purchases.
